Fort Pitt Commons

445 Fort Pitt Boulevard
Pittsburgh, PA 15219

Fort Pitt Commons is a multi-tenant office building in Pittsburgh's Golden Triangle overlooking the Monongahela River. The building, originally built as a warehouse in the 1900s, was converted to office space in 1978 and won the David L. Lawrence Building of the Year Award in 1980 in recognition of its contribution to the Renaissance of Pittsburgh.

Most suites for lease have recently been renovated and updated. With the use of brick, wood pillars and high ceilings, each particular space has its own unique character.

Rent terms start as low as $12 per square foot; one, three, and five year leases are available with options. There are no charges for utilities nor are there any common area maintenance fees.
